Job summary

My client is an international financial services firm with offices around the World and they are looking for a superb Office Manager / EA to oversee the smooth running of their Zurich office and to support three senior Executives.

Job description

The office is boutique with only 7 people working from there. It is a fast-paced role with lots of responsibility and you need good interpersonal skills and enjoy managing relationships. 

You'll be meeting and greeting important clients, so a service orientated nature is key and you need to be fluent in both English and German.

Someone with both Office Management and EA experience is really important and ideally you'll have worked in financial services previously.

Sal: £70,000-£75,000 plus benefits and bonus

Fluent English and German speaking. 

Office Management and Executive Assistant experience. 

Finanical Services experience.
