Job summary

We are a family office for wealthy individuals, who specialize in asset portfolio management.

Job description

  • Day-to-day management of the office (including client communication: capital calls, reporting, correspondence, conducting correspondence; buying stationery)
  • Arranging meetings
  • Book travel and accommodation, preparing travel itineraries
  • Chasing orders and preparing invoices
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Calendar management
  • Administrative support for other members of the team

Job qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in the office assistant would be an advantage
  • Bachelor degree would be an advantage
  • High responsiveness and well organized
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Very good communication skills in English (German and/or Russian would be an advantage)
